Each apartment in Batumi is owned by a U.K. limited company with 780 shares valued at £100 per share.

Payment may be made by the buyer in the form of 60 monthly instalments of £1,300 each. As each payment is made 13 shares of the owning company will be transferred to the purchaser. Therefore following the final payment the ownership of the company will be 100% by the buyer. Each payment increases the shareholding in the company for the buyer. 

Shares may be purchased by a single buyer or if preferred by a group of individuals (2 or more) to effectively have joint ownership of the apartment.

There is an annual service and maintenance fee, which is also outlined in the contract. The anticipated cost is £2 per square metre per year, and it covers the maintenance and cleaning of common areas, security, solar panel management, and other related services.
So a very low total of £79 per annum per apartment.
